EAST ST. LOUIS– A woman was killed in a fatal shooting in East Saint Louis early Wednesday morning.
The incident occurred around 1 a.m. on the 1300 block of N. 44th Street at the Roosevelt Homes housing complex, according to police. The Illinois State Police public safety enforcement group was on the scene, investigating.
The police are still looking for the shooter.
