Holly Blincoe, a family and consumer science teacher at Washington Middle School, had the opportunity to fly with the U.S. Navy Blue Angels during the Spirit of St. Louis Air Show & STEM Expo held June 8-9 at the Spirit of St. Louis Airport.
Blincoe, pictured above in the blue helmet, won the experience and spent 45 minutes experiencing high-G maneuvers, inverted flying and speeds approaching Mach 1.
