ST. LOUIS β Drivers using westbound I-44 who exit to Gravois or 12th Street (Exit #290A) in St. Louis should be aware of a long-term ramp closure starting July 8.
Drivers can detour on westbound I-44 to Jefferson (Exit #289), exit at Jefferson, turn left at the base of the ramp, continue to Russell, turn left onto Russell, and follow Russell to Gravois.
The ramp from westbound I-44 to Gravois/12th Street will close on Monday, July 8, 2024, at 9 a.m. The closure will last for three weeks, during which crews will work on curbing, drainage, and guardrails.
