ST. LOUIS β A few isolated showers may track through the north of I-70 Friday, but the rest of the region will be mostly to partly cloudy. Clouds will keep temperatures in check, running from the 80s to near 90.
Our next shot at some stormy weather will come Friday night into Saturday morning. The window of opportunity for stormy weather looks to fall between midnight and 10 a.m.
There may be a few strong storms before 6 a.m. At this point, the threat looks to be a few strong wind gusts. Isolated storms may refire Saturday afternoon south of I-70, but that forecast is uncertain at this time.
