ST. LOUIS — So far, the heavy rain has mostly stayed to the south of our area but our far southern counties have been dealing with rain for the past few hours. Rain will likely spread farther northward over the next few hours.
There’s a chance we see a few showers in the metro, but it’s also possible it stays west and south. The threat of showers and storms moves southward out of the area later this morning and early this afternoon.
Skies should gradually clear out this afternoon and temperatures will be around 80. The work week is looking mostly quiet and dry, with ample sunshine each day.
Afternoon highs to start the work week on Monday will only hit the upper 70s. By Wednesday, highs will hit about 90 and they’ll stay in the 90s into the weekend.
