Wes Welker recently signed with the St. Louis Rams and many critics believe that the often concussed slot WR should stay away from the football field. Peter King, of Sports Illustrated’s MMQB, noted that is ultimately Welker’s decision, considering he was cleared by physicians to keep playing. Welker suffered three concussions in a nine month span and his injury history is piling up. Ray Rice, on the other hand, was the subject of an awful domestic abuse video that saw him suspended form the NFL. Rice is training to make a return, but no team is currently interested in signing him.
