ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – An individual was recused from the water at Castlewood State Park Wednesday afternoon.
According to Cpl. Dallas Thompson, police received notification of a near drowning around 1 p.m. by the old boat ramp.
Bystanders pulled the individual out of the water. The person was transported to the hospital after regaining a pulse.
