The plaintiff started working as a sharecropper at a young age and raised seven kids by herself. She likes paying good deeds forward because someone did that to her when she was younger. She has known the defendant for years and bought her a car to help her get to work. She hasn’t been repaid, so she’s suing. The defendant is in school and working. She wants to take care of herself, but she thinks the plaintiff is suing for more than what she owes.
