ST. LOUIS– A comfortable, cool start Tuesday will give way to a warm afternoon. A few clouds will build into the afternoon, highs in the low 80s. Enjoy it, because things are about to change.
Overnight, winds swing to the southwest. Clear but not as cool; wake-up temps Wednesday in the 60s. The heat will crank up for the rest of the week. 10 degrees warmer on Wednesday, with highs in the low 90s.
Mid 90s expected Thursday. Thursday evening and night will bring a chance at some showers and storms that may knock temperatures back down a touch for Friday. But temperatures climb again through the weekend.
Expected highs close to 100 degrees but Sunday.
