Missouri, Kansas judges temporarily halt much of President Biden’s student debt forgiveness plan

Two federal judges in Missouri and Kansas have blocked parts of a student loan repayment plan. Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey filed the lawsuit this month targeting President Biden’s “SAVE plan.”
