ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – A breakthrough in the investigation of the shooting death of a teenager in Pagedale. The Major Case Squad of Greater St. Louis announced Sunday evening that a juvenile has been taken into custody in connection with the killing.
The shooting took place around 1 p.m. on March 20 in the 1500 block of Purdue Avenue. The victim was identified as Lawrence Clark.
The juvenile suspect is being held on charges of second-degree murder, two counts of first-degree assault, and three counts of armed criminal action.
The Major Case Squad has not disclosed a possible motive for the shooting.
