JENNINGS, Mo. – A gunman shot an innocent bystander Saturday evening near a gas station in Jennings, police say.
The shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. in the 9100 block of Halls Ferry Road.
Investigators say several people were involved in an altercation that eventually led to shots fired. A man considered to be an innocent bystander was shot at least once.
The victim was rushed to a hospital for treatment, though his injuries are considered non-life-threatening.
