ILLINOIS — The overpass ramp from 70 East to I-64 East in Illinois will remain closed until August. Bommarito Automotive Group and Skyfox captured a view of what IDOT refers to as a failed bridge joint near the Stan Musial Bridge.
The expansion joint failed when it buckled because of the extreme heat. IDOT is asking drivers to take Route 3 instead.
