Amidst the stress of a demanding 50-hour workweek and a growing desire for more time with his family, Sam felt a deep-seated need for change.
The turning point came when Sam decided to dive into the realm of real estate investing. The journey was fraught with challenges, marked by a series of trials and errors. However, perseverance paid off, and Sam gradually began to notch victories, honing a strategy that yielded consistent success. Today, Sam boasts an impressive portfolio, with assets worth over $47 million, including approximately 300 rentals, in addition to having flipped over 1,000 properties ā all achieved in less than nine years and without utilizing his own capital.

In his previous life he worked for a pharmaceutical company, spent 7 years at Winnipegās Virology Lab and was a realtor with Century 21 in 2007-2009.
As a property investor since 1997 and a licensed property manager since 1999, Garret brings over 25 years of knowledge and experience to the industry. He has written for the Canadian Real Estate Wealth magazine, regularly presents seminars about property management and property investment, and volunteers hundreds of hours per year in the real estate industry.
