Good Jobs Learning Collaborative Overview and Q&A Webinar

Good jobs are central to ensuring all families and households are paid equitably and adequately. We recognize that small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) are critical and well-positioned to improve the lives of workers through developing good jobs.

This anchor partnership with Prosperity Now, Pacific Community Ventures, and Families & Workers Fund seeks entrepreneurship serving organizations and servicers to join an innovative and equitably focused peer learning cohort technical assistance services to the next level to improve and expand their delivery for greater community impact.

This learning collaborative will aid in recruiting small to medium size businesses and workers to study, test, and inform good job adoption practices, strategies, and tools through peer review. We will analyze various approaches that tackle feasible actions a small business owner can take toward improving job satisfaction.

All proposals can be downloaded via a PDF from our website here and should be submitted to Prosperity Now via email to racialeconomicjustice@prosperitynow.org no later than Friday, March 29, 2024, at 5:00 pm PST.
