CEDAR HILL — The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Department responded to a fight at the Cedar Hill River Access in Cedar Park, which escalated into a second altercation where one person was shot.
On June 20, around 8:30 p.m., police arrived at the scene of a fight that had just ended, with several people leaving the area. As officers arrived, a second fight broke out during which a man was shot multiple times in the chest. The shooter was taken into custody, and the victim was brought to a local hospital.
