ST. LOUIS – One person is dead and multiple others are injured after a multi-vehicle crash Friday morning in north St. Louis.
The crash occurred in the Walnut Park East neighborhood at West Florissant and Thrush Avenues around 2 a.m. Friday.
West Florissant was closed in both directions as accident reconstruction investigators worked the scene.
