Endangered Person Advisory issued for missing Castle Point woman



ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. – The St. Louis County Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing Castle Point woman.

According to police, Vickie Jacobs, 65, was reported missing shortly after 9:05 a.m. Wednesday in the 10700 block of Hallwood Drive. Jacobs was last seen on eastbound Interstate 70 at westbound I-44 in a gray 2007 Saturn Vue with Missouri license plate XD1N9C.

Jacobs is described as a Black woman, approximately 5’1″ tall, and weighing 101 pounds. She has black hair, brown eyes, and a dark complexion. Jacobs was last seen wearing a black haircap, a black t-shirt, and blue jeans.

Jacobs has been without her medication and has become prone to violent outbursts. She has previously made concerning statements to a family member.

Anyone who has seen Jacobs or her vehicle or has knowledge of her current whereabouts is asked to dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the St. Louis County Police Department at 636-529-8210.
