ST. LOUIS — The St. . Louis Dentention Oversight Board met with a detaintee representative at the St. Louis Justice Center today. The board met with the representative to learn about the facility’s general conditions.
They told the committee that the top three things they would change at the jail were food, medical treatment, and cleaning. But the board was frustrated, as they expected to meet with five inmate representatives.
