ST. LOUIS — Homicide detectives are currently investigating a deadly stabbing in North St. Louis. Police reported that a man was found stabbed inside a car in Riverview.
The victim was discovered in the Mississippi Greenway trailhead area, approximately a mile-and-a-half north of the trailhead itself.
