In a floor speech on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, Congressman Russ Carnahan speaks in favor of HR 6582, the American Energy Manufacturing Technical Corrections Act. The bill will help encourage development, manufacturing and sales of Small Duct, High Velocity (SDHV) units, which will create jobs, including at Unico, a small manufacturing firm in St. Louis that currently employs more than 80 people.
