Community Living
Community Living Instructor (Full-time & Part-time available)
Starting Salary: $9.25 (Ref: 1001)

Job Description: Provide effective and efficient delivery of services to customers. Provide customers with opportunities to make their own choices. Determine best practices when providing protective oversight in relation to each customer’s health and safety needs. Provide pro-active, goal-oriented support to supervisor and co-workers.

Responsibilities: Complete required documentation. Provide for the safety and health of customers. Develop and implement community-based activities for customers. Implement Person Centered Plan. Manage relevant finances. Assist with up keep of living environments.

Requirements: Sound knowledge of disabilities; knowledge of support services. Problem solving; prioritize and plan in order to meet deadlines; good communication skills; ability to effectively multi-task; vehicle; valid driver’s license with insurance. High school diploma or GED. Must be available evenings and weekends.

Program Supervisor II: $11.38/hr

Job Description: Oversee effective and efficient delivery of services to customers. Formal responsibility for making recommendations regarding job related policies or procedures. Determine working outcomes for Person Centered Plan. Coordinate staff schedule per budget guidelines.

Responsibilities: Ensure customer’s health needs are met. Complete and implement Person Centered Plan. Ensure agency paperwork and customer files (paper and electronic) are current. Complete mandatory training following training deadlines. Provide supervision to community living instructors. Manage relevant finances. Ensure upkeep of living environment.

Requirements: Sound knowledge of developmental disabilities. Problem solving; Ability to effectively multi-task; Prioritize and plan in order to meet Life Skills timelines; Good communication skills; Basic computer skills (preferred); High School Diploma or GED required. Must have open availability to include evenings, weekends and days.
