BISMARCK, Mo. — The police in Bismarck are searching for a felony suspect.
Rhonda Conner, 47, was nowhere to be found Thursday night when an arrest warrant on felony assault charges was set to be served.
Police are asking you to take a look at her photo and contact them. They say Conner should be considered armed and dangerous.
