Are Black Americans COLOREDS? News Anchor mistakenly refers to them as such on TV…and gets told!

In Black History month, a news anchor man at a St. Louis TV Station referred to Blacks as ‘COLORED’ when reporting on Black Americans being victims of undervalued home appraisals. Some Blacks did not like it. We provide our response to the situation and provide some cultural context to why some Blacks are not happy with the use of that “outdated racist” term, as believed to be by some Black Americans. But…South Africa has an entire race of people called ‘COLOURED!’
