ST. LOUIS COUNTY – A man was arrested after police found a 9-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound in north St. Louis County on Wednesday night.
At approximately 10:24 p.m., officers from the North County Precinct responded to a call that a shooting had occurred on the 11100 block of Pritchard Drive.
Upon arrival, police found a 9-year-old suffering from a gunshot wound. The juvenile was transported to an area hospital for life-saving treatment. One man was taken into police custody.
The investigation is still ongoing.
