LAKE OF THE OZARKS, Mo. – A 54-year-old man is left seriously injured after getting hit with the propeller of a boat in the Lake of the Ozarks.
The situation unfolded a little before 3:30 p.m. Wednesday afternoon at the 36-mile marker of the Lake of the Ozarks and involved a 2015 Regal boat.
The man reportedly jumped out of the boat and the propeller struck him.
The 54-year-old man was transported to the Lake Regional Hospital in the Lake of the Ozarks. He was not wearing a life jacket at the time of the accident.
